You will see a list of vocabularies that exist on your site, with a description and three options for further work:

Edit Vocabulary - This allows you to change the basic settings for the vocabulary. You should NOT make any changes here, you can alter your website in unexpected ways. Talk to John for guidance or just ask him to do it for you.

List Terms - This link will show you the terms that are already in a vocabulary and rearrange the order in which they appear and/or change the hierarchy.

Add Terms - This link will allow you to add new items to a vocabulary. After saving each item you will be returned to a new add item screen.
