Puzzle-Solving 101I hate to admit it - but sometimes Murphy's Law is the ONLY thing that works! We were called to a client's site a couple of weeks ago because their over-priced software wouldn't work with their other programs, and they couldn't find anyone to solve their problem.

You know the game...Company A says it's "Not a problem with OUR software" - and Company B says the same thing! And technically, they're right! Both software packages are working - but they're not working together!

We sent in our in-house Guru, John Johnson. Within two hours the problem had been solved, and our client loved his expensive software again. (The actual process is called Software Integration, and not too many folks offer that service.)
